Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist opportunity in Washington focused on geriatric populations in SNF/LTC settings. Provides diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning in-person at facilities, with remote documentation via Athena I EMR. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and WA licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPC). Collaborative work with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; includes flexible scheduling, PTO, CEU support, comprehensive benefits, and potential for base salary with incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Washington licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare (PLUS)
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
