Job Summary
Launch the new Fort Lauderdale store in October 2026 by managing store operations, financial plans, and inventory flow to meet sales goals and KPIs. Oversee daily maintenance, POS reconciliation, and visual merchandising while coaching product storytellers and leading in-store events. Hire, onboard, and develop retail staff; manage scheduling, shift swaps, and break compliance. Resolve conflicts professionally and conduct performance check-ins aligned with corporate calendars. Ensure accurate collection of customer information and place fill-in orders for stock gaps.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive
