OluKai Retail Assistant Store Manager - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Partner with the Store Manager to launch and establish the new Fort Lauderdale location from the ground up, managing the store financial plan including revenue and expenses. Execute weekly performance reviews, monthly strategic planning, and seasonal floor sets while overseeing inventory management, restocking, and daily back-of-house operations. Coach staff as product storytellers, handle POS reporting and sales transactions, and manage recruiting, hiring, training, and schedule creation. Assist with performance check-ins and resolve employee conflicts to foster a sales-driven culture. Requires minimum two years of retail management experience and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
