Execute training schedules for new employees while ensuring work compliance with specifications. Instruct team members in standard operating procedures using classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, or production line how-to methods. Adapt sessions to minimize disruption to normal production and evaluate outcomes to adjust programs for desired results. Effectively assess trainee understanding and progress, maintaining records of achievements. Record and provide feedback on new team member performance to the Department Area or Supervisor. Adhere to Quality and Safety policies, including behavioral-based safety practices, while supporting continuous improvement activities.
