Ensure all technical publications align with FAA regulations (Part 121/135/145) and internal quality standards. Apply strong critical thinking to identify gaps in documentation, processes, and execution—driving practical solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Flex across multiple functional areas including Operational Excellence, Safety, and Technical Consulting; engage in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, engineering, planning, quality, and supply chain. Support quality assurance and compliance efforts including audits, inspections, and root cause analysis. Contribute to standardized processes, templates, and best practices across technical documentation and operations. This role supports hybrid work (office-based in Dallas, TX with remote flexibility) and requires strong research, regulatory understanding, and communication skills. The applicable base salary range is $110,000-$150,000, with performance-based incentives mentioned.
