Job Summary
Work on 1-2 challenging projects for large clients from June to August, developing expertise through an apprenticeship model that includes formal training in communication, presentation, and client management. Collaborate with senior colleagues and a dedicated buddy to solve complex problems, supported by mentorship from partners, consultants, and an intern captain. Focus primarily on research and analysis while building skills to drive meaningful change for clients, industries, and societies. Based in Tokyo with potential travel for project work, the internship offers a full team member responsibility for a distinct piece of work to prepare for a full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Japanese fluency
- JLPT N1 certification
- Overseas-studying students who will be graduating in 2028
- Resume in English (with GPA and anticipated graduation time clearly listed)
