Job Summary
Lead complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation, translating technical concepts into actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders. Design solution and enterprise architectures supporting long-term objectives while advising clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions in large, complex organizations to deliver tangible business outcomes. Requires 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale transformation, with deep expertise in AI, cloud, and DevOps. Fluency in German and English is essential, with extensive travel across Germany and Europe. Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation
- Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role
- Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences
- Business-fluent German
- excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe
