Job Summary
Lead complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation, translating technical concepts into actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders. Design solution and enterprise architectures supporting long-term objectives while advising clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse business and technology functions in large organizations to deliver tangible business outcomes. This role requires 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale transformation, with fluency in German and English. Based in Germany with extensive travel across Europe, you will join a multidisciplinary team tackling strategic challenges for Fortune 500 organizations in sectors like banking, insurance, and energy.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation
- Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role
- Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences
- Business-fluent German
- excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe
