Job Summary

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across Entry-level, Experienced Hire, Partner, and Support Professional roles, managing sourcing through offer and onboarding. Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, proactively lead campus recruiting initiatives, and build relationships with universities and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines. Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes and assess methodologies while managing recruiting data and ATS records to support data-driven decision-making. Propose solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted sourcing strategies. Manage general Human Capital operations, including onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, while representing Oliver Wyman externally to build strong partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience managing multiple hiring processes across a variety of functions and seniority levels
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently represent Oliver Wyman externally and build strong partnerships with candidates, universities, and industry contacts
  • An entrepreneurial, self-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities, build talent pipelines, and engage with candidates and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively across business functions and in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday Recruiter)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to be in local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week

  • Ideally within professional services, consulting, financial services, executive search or multinational companies
