Job Summary
Manage financial operations to maintain revenue integrity and become the team's subject matter expert on revenue transactions. Collaborate across finance teams and business partners to shape annual budget plans, lead the monthly financial flash process, and identify revenue drivers for presentation to the CFO. Monitor budget variances against actual outcomes and modernize core financial processes using LLM-based tools. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, analytics, and business performance to support key decision-making aligned with the firm's goals. The position requires a BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics, along with 3+ years of experience in a consulting or analytical role. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and large data manipulation, is required.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
- 3+ years' experience in a consulting, financial, or highly analytical role

- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with and manipulating large amounts of data in Excel using advanced formulas
- Strong PowerPoint skills to synthesize and convey key findings
- Previous experience using Tableau (or SQL, PowerBI, etc.) or a strong desire to develop these skills
- Proficiency with GPT/LLM tools in financial analysis and automation
