Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, designing workflows for intake, routing, and feedback loops while tracking adoption patterns and response times. Monitor OW channels as a clearing house for AI questions, directing bugs to formal mechanisms and guiding usage inquiries to exemplars or training materials. Provide hands-on coaching through office hours and 1:1s, refining meta-prompts, configuring custom GPTs, and prototyping workflows for high-value problems. Synthesize recurring patterns into reusable artifacts like living exemplars and guides, contributing insights to Product Strategy. Lead multiple enablement initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines to ensure regional alignment with enterprise AI priorities. Manage a team of AI Product Enablement Analysts, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and exceptional user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles
- 3+ years of people management experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
- Hands-on experience working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
- Experience operating in professional services or complex, matrixed environments
- Structured operator with strong project management and facilitation skills
- Coaching AI experimentation fluency (meta-prompting, workflow testing, custom GPT exploration)
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Analytical thinker capable of identifying patterns and synthesizing insights
- End-user obsessed and committed to practical impact
- Comfortable balancing independence with alignment to strategic direction
- 60% in-office attendance
- At least three days per week in local office or onsite with clients
- At least one anchor day per week for full team in person
