Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, designing workflows for intake, routing, and feedback loops while tracking adoption patterns and response times. Monitor internal channels to triage AI questions, directing platform issues to formal feedback and guiding usage inquiries to living exemplars and prompt libraries. Provide hands-on coaching through office hours and 1:1s, refining meta-prompting and custom GPT configurations to translate ambiguous problems into solvable use cases. Synthesize recurring patterns into reusable guides and contribute insights to Product Strategy. Lead regional enablement initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines to align with enterprise AI priorities. Coach and develop a team of AI Product Enablement Analysts, balancing regional business needs with global strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles
- 3+ years of people management experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
- Hands-on experience working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
- Experience operating in professional services or complex, matrixed environments
