Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, alumni networks, and market research. Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience; coordinate interview processes, feedback collection, offer generation, and onboarding activities. Maintain recruiting data and reporting in Workday and other systems; monitor recruiting metrics, budgets, and hiring trends. Contribute to talent acquisition strategy and process improvement initiatives.
