Job Summary
Lead high-impact consulting engagements helping financial services clients solve complex, strategic challenges and drive measurable results. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including hypothesis development, data gathering, and rigorous analysis to generate actionable insights. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives to influence decisions and expand long-term partnerships. Mentor and develop junior consultants while driving thought leadership by shaping and communicating market insights that strengthen Oliver Wyman's profile in the financial services industry. Partner closely with leadership to deliver exceptional work quality and raise the bar on client impact. Requires at least 8-10 years of Financial Services experience, strong strategic problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of relevant Financial Services experience
- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams
- delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
- Strong background in strategic problem solving

- Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution

- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel

Desired Qualifications
- ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organisation)
- with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting
- Financial services industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas is preferred
