Job Summary
Lead high-impact consulting engagements for financial services clients, solving complex strategic challenges and driving measurable results. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including hypothesis development, data gathering, and rigorous analysis to generate actionable insights. Build trusted relationships with senior executives to influence decisions and expand long-term partnerships. Partner with Oliver Wyman leadership to deliver exceptional work quality and mentor junior consultants within a collaborative, high-performance culture. Drive thought leadership by shaping and communicating market insights that strengthen the firm's profile in the financial services industry. Requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work model mandates onsite presence at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of relevant Financial Services experience
- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams
- delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
- Strong background in strategic problem solving

- Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership

- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organisation)
- with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting
- Financial services industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas
