Job Summary
Knowledge Manager for Oliver Wyman’s Aerospace & Defense practice in the Americas, focused on building and delivering a structured KM agenda across A&D and Private Capital. Responsibilities include shaping knowledge strategy, capturing and codifying high-value knowledge from projects, maintaining and promoting reusable assets, embedding KM routines, and enabling AI-enabled knowledge workflows. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to translate priorities into KM initiatives, and driving adoption of knowledge tools and processes. The role partners with A&D leadership, Partners, Consultants, and Knowledge Services to ensure knowledge assets are current, accessible, and valuable, with a hybrid work arrangement in Boston or DC offices three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in knowledge management, consulting, research, or business development
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience using SharePoint, Teams, knowledge platforms, and AI tools preferred
