Job Summary
Knowledge Analyst to join Oliver Wyman Quotient AI Knowledge Management team in Gurugram. Responsible for collecting, codifying, sanitizing, and sharing intellectual capital to support engagements and win opportunities. Acts as KM SPOC, collaborates with Consultants and Partners, and delivers high-quality knowledge summaries from project outputs (e.g., PowerPoint decks). Maintains searchable knowledge repositories and databases/tools, supports development of KM products and processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a degree and ~2 years in knowledge management, research, content development, or business development; experience with GenAI tools and a background in strategy or management consulting is a strong plus; exceptional English proficiency and strong writing/editing/synthesis capabilities; proficient in PowerPoint; comfortable working in a hybrid office environment in Gurugram, India.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level (educational background consistent with a degree)
- Approximately 2 years of experience in knowledge management, research, content development, or business development
- Prior experience in working with GenAI tools, supporting internal customers with AI
- Prior experience in strategy or management consulting is a strong plus
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) with ability to extract insights from complex documents
- Strong writing, editing and synthesis skills with ability to produce crisp summaries
- Knowledge of knowledge repositories and document management tools
- PowerPoint literacy (reading/editing)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
