Job Summary
Finance Coordinator to provide comprehensive financial support to the Health, Life, and P&C practices, including managing the monthly flash process, recording and tracking invoices by project, monitoring WIP and revenue recognition, generating monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. Role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing, proper documentation, and proactive financial management. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence in New York and Chicago at least three days per week; interacts with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial information and insights.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Experience with the Flash process and invoicing
- 1-2 years’ experience in a financial or highly analytical role
- Comfort manipulating large data sets, creating reports, and performing data analysis
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools, Salesforce, SmartView a plus
