Job Summary
The Finance Coordinator will provide comprehensive financial support to the Health, Life, and P&C practices, handling monthly flash entries, invoicing, and financial reporting/analysis. Responsibilities include managing the monthly flash process by project, tracking WIP, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, generating monthly performance reports (utilization, realization, project profitability), maintaining invoice documentation, validating data feeds, and creating Excel-based reports to support financial management. Requires a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent), 1–2 years in a financial/analytical role, strong data manipulation and reporting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau/Salesforce/SmartView is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least three days per week is expected.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a financial or highly analytical role preferred, performing P&L reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience with the Flash process and invoicing
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools, Salesforce, SmartView a plus
- Ability to learn Macros is preferable
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a complex environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and provide ad-hoc reports
