Job Summary
Executive Assistant to 1-3 Partner-level consultants in Oliver Wyman's IMEA team, based in Riyadh. The role requires bilingual English/Arabic administrative support, calendar management, travel coordination, and liaison with clients. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, supporting RFPs and tender responses, maintaining CRM records, tracking sales activity, coordinating meetings and mailings, assisting with marketing coordination, preparing letters and proposals in Oliver Wyman formatting, and ensuring confidentiality. Proactive scheduling, project coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, multicultural environment are essential. The role also involves timesheet and expense reporting, procurement requests, and providing short-term coverage for other EAs as needed. The firm supports hybrid work with in-office presence at least three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment
- Bilingual English and Arabic required
- Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Excel skills; familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) a plus; Google Drive and SharePoint a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and liaise with clients and internal teams
- Ability to prepare letters, proposals, and other documents in Oliver Wyman formatting style
- Ability to coordinate complex schedules and multi-project support
- Team-oriented with ability to provide coverage for EAs and train new EAs
- Hybrid work environment with minimum three days in the Riyadh office and availability for additional hours as needed
