Oliver Wyman - Entry-level Consultant (July 2027) - Tokyo

Conduct research and analysis while developing communication, presentation, and client management skills through an apprenticeship model and formal training. Collaborate with senior colleagues and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change for large clients. Participate in an optional rotational program during the second year to transfer to the Singapore office or another mutually agreed location for 12 months before returning to Tokyo. Work across diverse industries and capabilities to build trust-based relationships and deliver breakthrough impact, supported by mentorship from partners, consultants, a dedicated buddy, career adviser, and talent manager.
