Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for the Executive Assistant team, overseeing approximately 20 direct reports who support the Partner team. Coordinate staff development, lead team meetings with strategic agendas, and serve as the first point of contact for conflict resolution. Oversee workflow, including approving leave requests, tracking attendance and timesheets, and managing performance reviews and disciplinary processes. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires while collaborating with regional leadership on process enhancements. This role requires fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Travel to the US is involved on an annual basis.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience working in an administrative management position
- Experience in management consultancy or similar professional services industry
- Previous experience as an executive assistant
- Strong personnel manager capable of recruiting, training, coaching and motivating talent
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solver – able to work with other teams and staff members effectively to reach a viable solution and goal
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to development of departmental model
- Proven ability to undertake projects and produce quality and timely results
- Self-starter, strong initiative, confidence and ability to work with little guidance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communicator and negotiator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels
- Possesses maturity, poise and judgment, and the ability to deescalate conflict
- Displays a positive attitude, sense of fun: is friendly and empathetic

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in management consultancy or similar professional services industry would also be an advantage
- Experience with CRM a plus
