Oliver Wyman - Business Strategy & Innovation-Focused Principal - P&C

Principal – Property & Casualty Actuarial Consulting Practice lead business development and revenue growth for the P&C region, collaborate with the Global Strategy & Innovation team to create and deliver content, supervise BD-related engagements, mentor staff, review client deliverables, and prepare proposals and high-quality client exhibits; develop subject-matter experts, strengthen client relationships, and drive opportunities while traveling as needed to support client engagements and business development. Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building with clients and stakeholders, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are essential. ACAS/FCAS credentials are beneficial but not required; 10+ years of P&C consulting experience is preferred; willingness to travel; emphasis on strategy, risk management, and innovative solutions across healthcare, life and annuity, and P&C domains.
