Job Summary
Hybrid, senior-level Business Impact Manager role focusing on strategic operations across Oliver Wyman's practice. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of initiatives, MIS development and maintenance, financial planning and analysis including budgeting and capacity planning, and coordinating global projects. Collaborates with finance, talent management, marketing, legal, and events; leads leadership meetings, drafts internal communications and business cases, and supports go-to-market offerings. Requires managing onboarding for senior hires, driving retention analyses, coordinating performance reviews, and supporting client/business development activities. Strong storytelling and communication skills, expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, quantitative/data-modeling abilities, and experience influencing senior stakeholders. Knowledge of generative AI and work-optimization tools is advantageous. Base salary range $110,000–$160,000 with potential incentives; hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in local offices per week; anchor in-office days for teams; locations include New York, Chicago, and Dallas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, including strategic project management and client interaction
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional quantitative skills with proficiency in data modeling and analysis
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including executive audiences
