Job Summary
Strategic operations leadership role to drive Practice performance and market positioning across Oliver Wyman’s Practice and sub-practices. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, coordinating initiatives, managing MIS, financial planning and analysis, talent management support, client and business development, and coordinating global projects. Collaborates with finance, business development, marketing, legal, talent management, and events to ensure aligned execution. Requires strong storytelling and communication, data modeling and quantitative analysis, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a fast-paced professional services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, including strategic project management and client interaction
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, with strong storytelling and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional quantitative skills, with proficiency in data modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools
- Proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including executive audiences
- Keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives
