Oliver Wyman - Benchmarking Specialist - Gurugram

Benchmarking Specialist to join Oliver Wyman Knowledge Services in Gurugram. Lead design and execution of benchmarking studies across performance, process, competitive, strategic, financial, and internal dimensions; consolidate existing research, build reusable benchmarking models, and drive like-for-like peer comparisons. Collect and validate primary data via executive interviews, surveys, and site visits; aggregate and normalize data across proprietary sources and currency effects; produce client-ready visuals and maintain repository accuracy. Coach and quality-assure junior analysts. Technical skills include statistical reasoning, normalization, advanced modelling, financial statement analysis, survey design (Qualtrics/Askia), MECE frameworks and issue trees, and experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, and Alteryx. Preferred educational background includes MBA (Finance) or CFA Level I/II, and industry expertise in financial services, consumer, industrials, healthcare, or technology. The role requires Hybrid working arrangements with the Marsh Marsh offices, and expects in-person collaboration at least three days per week across global teams.
