Job Summary
Manage project workstreams by developing hypotheses, collecting data, building models, conducting primary and secondary research, and surfacing insights. Synthesize findings into written presentations and review them with clients and stakeholders. Support the Partner group in project delivery through accurate execution while reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals. Coach consultants and help them develop their skill sets. This Associate role offers excellent growth opportunities within Oliver Wyman's Health and Life Sciences practice, which bridges the gap between current business and future visions for clients in payer, provider, and life sciences sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in health-related topics
- Track record of leading and managing teams
- Delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Strong background in strategic problem solving
- Demonstrable analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Arabic
- State-of-the-art knowledge of the Health and Life Science topics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in commercial strategy
- Experience in digital & technology
- Experience in operations improvement
- MD and/or other clinical degree
