Job Summary
Lead large, complex digital transformation programs as Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Tech Innovation Practice, serving as the bridge between business strategy and IT architecture. Translate executive strategy into detailed technology initiatives and roadmaps, communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences, and drive organizational change and stakeholder alignment. Build and maintain strong client relationships, influence executive decisions, mentor consultants and managers, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to help clients anticipate disruption. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, oversee change management, and ensure lasting impact through adoption and incentives. Sample projects include data governance, cloud migration, AI/ML initiatives, legacy modernization, and developer productivity improvements. Maintain focus on delivering client value through measurable outcomes while advancing the firm’s digital transformation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in management consulting, technology strategy, or related roles with a proven record of leading complex digital transformations
- Strong understanding of how business strategy, org change, and IT architecture work together
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts simply to non-technical audiences
- Ability to turn high-level strategies into detailed technology roadmaps and project plans
- Experience across multiple industries and ability to adapt best practices to different business environments
- Strong leadership skills managing large, cross-functional teams and driving change in complex settings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering client value
