Job Summary
Coordinate and administer human capital activities across multiple offices and remote colleagues, including policy interpretation, talent management programs, payroll support, and employee relations. Manage end-to-end new hire logistics from I-9s and orientation scheduling to exit interviews, while maintaining accurate time-off tracking and service award data. Provide frontline HR support by resolving operational issues regarding travel, expenses, and IT, and ensure all documentation meets legal and company requirements. Balance multiple project priorities in a complex environment while balancing ever-changing work demands with numerous stakeholders. Work onsite at least three days per week as part of a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Three years leadership experience
- Experience leading projects and/or teams
- Experience facilitating discussions
- Experience coaching clients
- Experience mentoring more junior HR colleagues
- Experience advocating for policy or other initiatives
- Knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to be productive, flexible and to simultaneously manage multiple project priorities in a complex, performance-driven environment
- Ability to balance ever-changing work demands in a challenging environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy
- Proven experience in a role requiring a high degree of organizational skill, accuracy, access to confidential information and a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the firm
- Creative, strategic forward thinker, who continually seeks ways to improve the way things are done

- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to be in local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
