Job Summary
Develop tailored analytical solutions for clients by designing prototypes, assessing their effectiveness, and engaging in discussions to share ideas. Execute projects involving NLP machine learning toolkits, portfolio decarbonization modeling, promotional program optimization, and customer-facing GenAI chatbot validation. Build probability of default models in Python, identify supply chain risks using live data feeds, and develop next best action models to reduce churn. Conduct commercial due diligence on AI software systems and assess AI readiness for private equity firms. Collaborate with colleagues and clients globally to solve pressing challenges across financial services, energy, and retail sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative discipline from a top academic program (Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Natural Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency with numbers
- Ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner to clients and colleagues
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Valid authorization or the ability to obtain valid authorization to work in both Canada and the United States
- Undergraduate student (Class of 2027) completing a four-year degree
