Job Summary
Manage the full AI vendor lifecycle, including evaluation, onboarding, launch readiness, operations, expansion, renewal, migration, and retirement. Coordinate regular vendor meetings, track roadmaps and service updates, and summarize product changes for internal stakeholders. Partner with product strategy and activation teams to translate vendor developments into practical implications for user adoption and change management. Prepare decision-ready updates on risks, dependencies, and escalation needs while maintaining governance documentation and knowledge sharing. Support quarterly business reviews, renewal readiness, and capability retirements with clear stakeholder alignment across Product, Technology, and Governance. Work within the Quotient Inside PMO to ensure actions and risks remain visible throughout the enterprise AI program.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9+ years of experience in technology project management, business relationship management, vendor management, product operations, programme management, digital transformation, AI enablement, or a related field
- Fluency in business English
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration platforms, and modern productivity tools
- Commercial awareness and lifecycle coordination skills, including comfort tracking vendor commitments, performance indicators, renewal considerations, and value realization opportunities
- Experience supporting vendor onboarding, governance routines, performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, renewals, or commercial decision points
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or another matrixed global environment
- Experience supporting pilots, product launches, user adoption, training, or change management for technology-enabled capabilities
- Practical awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, information security, procurement, legal, or risk review processes
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
