Job Summary
Join our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) for a 36-month, four-rotation journey across Supply Chain Planning, Production Distribution, and Global Operations, with a final rotation in people management. The program includes hands-on project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communications, plus structured learning in business, communications, leadership, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Business (or related field), a 3.5+ GPA, at least one internship, and graduation in 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026. Start date is September 2026 in Burlington, MA, USA. External applicants must be eligible to work in the US and sponsorship is not offered.
