Old St. Francis School Line Cook

Manufacture and present all hot and cold food products, including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté and grill items. Organize and clean your work area while handling every task from opening to closing the kitchen. Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment requiring physical agility and mental flexibility. Work independently and as a team member in a busy, customer service-oriented setting. Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card; previous cooking experience is preferred. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
