Wash, put away, and organize all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, and pitchers while prioritizing tasks based on restaurant needs and manager communication. Maintain a clean and orderly work space, manage waste disposal including garbage and recycling, and complete assigned cleaning and maintenance projects. Perform hard physical work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, effectively multi-tasking and working independently or as part of a team. A current food handlers card is required. Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
