Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at McMenamins Old St Francis School responsible for checking guests in and out, taking reservations in person, by email, or by phone; handling money; signing in and out property keys, pagers, and phones; assisting with guest requests; answering and directing calls; informing guests of property and area attractions; maintaining awareness of events on property; serving as receptionist for all departments; knowing emergency procedures; multitasking in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous related hotel or customer service experience
- 18+ years old
- Some accounting skills and cash handling experience is preferred
- Experience with high volume phone lines preferred
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
