Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations at Old Hickory Steakhouse, supervising staff across restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service; drive guest satisfaction, maintain sanitation and compliance with food handling and liquor laws; plan and implement training, lead by example, and ensure achievement of financial objectives and service standards. Responsibilities include staffing reviews, coaching, mentoring, ensuring exceptional customer service, and enforcing policies to deliver high-quality guest experiences while managing operational goals and HR activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
