Conduct personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands and medical appointments while performing light housekeeping tasks. Deliver patient-specific activities such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts for patient care.
