Okuma Vertical Mill CNC Machinist

Set up and operate Okuma vertical mills, boring mills, and lathes while maintaining ±0.0005" tolerances on complex aerospace parts. Interpret blueprints using GD&T principles and work with metals including stainless, titanium, and tool steels. Recommend design and process improvements, and demonstrate expertise in set-ups, fixturing, and optimizing tool life. Experience with Multus or Fanuc CNC control systems is required, with robotics or lights-out machining experience as a bonus. This role supports a client in Cranberry Township, PA, where candidates must be comfortable machining parts from small stock.
