Job Summary
Okta/SailPoint Engineer role focusing on ICAM transformation and security for defense programs. Responsibilities include: collaborating on system architecture and security with Agile, cyber, and cloud technologies; designing and implementing Okta and SailPoint-based workflows, provisioning/governance rules, test plans, and customization; administering ICAM solutions; utilizing TIBA to extend identity capabilities; designing and advising on IGA and Zero Trust ICAM architectures; producing program reports and documentation; supporting front-end and back-end cybersecurity initiatives; managing source code and compliance tasks; gathering requirements and mapping workflows; identifying risks and proposing design improvements; and other duties to support delivery. Required skills include Okta and SailPoint experience, security clearances (Secret), U.S. citizenship, Security+ alignment, strong development (Java, .NET, C#) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) abilities, and the ability to work in a hybrid on-site environment at a USAF base. Preferred items include Okta/SailPoint certifications, CloudOne familiarity, and knowledge of NIST 800, FedRAMP, and FISMA.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Current Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred (related experience considered in lieu of degree)
- Security+ or equivalent to meet DOD 8570 guidelines
- 4+ years for Junior Level (with bachelor’s)
- 10+ years for Senior Level (with bachelor’s)
- Experience implementing ICAM security architecture and solutions with Okta and SailPoint
- Experience with TIBA connections
- Knowledge of Zero Trust ICAM architectures
- IGA solutions experience
- Troubleshooting ICAM hosting services and network performance issues
- Development experience in Java, .NET, C#
- Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with blended government and contractor teams
- Ability to support hybrid on-site schedule at a USAF base
- Desirable: Okta certification(s); SailPoint certification; CloudOne experience; understanding of NIST 800, FedRAMP, FISMA; networking exposure with Cisco/Palo Alto/Juniper
- Security Controls and compliance experience (Tenable, Splunk, Carbon Black, FireEye)
