Job Summary
Configure SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0 integrations end-to-end, leading technical coordination with third-party vendors and deploying application configurations via Terraform in a shared Infrastructure as Code repository. Manage daily access operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, and URI/attribute modifications while synchronizing target groups through the internal IAM portal. Author, present, and execute Change Advisory Board tickets for all production-level modifications within a structured change management framework. Bridge complex identity infrastructure with non-technical business units to guide app owners through access group creation and role mappings. Join the U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center supporting a high-volume SaaS integration queue.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience within a corporate IT or enterprise environment
- Deep, practical configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols
- Proven comfort managing a high-volume ticket queue and balancing multiple concurrent integration projects seamlessly
- Exceptional communication skills: A proven ability to translate complex IAM architecture into simple, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders without frustration
- Solid experience operating within a structured CAB / change management framework
- Ownership: A customer-focused approach to closing tasks and an unwillingness to let an integration stall out
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform (specifically the Okta provider)
- Experience working within fast-paced SaaS companies or startup environments
