Job Summary
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of finished goods per drawings, SOPs, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Operate equipment and conduct advanced testing and troubleshooting as assigned, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Support daily/monthly production goals, learn SAP/MII/MES processes, cross-train within the department, and assist with training new production team members. NFPA70E certification is required; HS diploma or GED preferred; 18+ years old; ability to read measuring devices and use basic and power tools; safety-focused with 5S/lean initiatives. Shift options include 6:30am–2:30pm, 2:30pm–10:30pm, and 10:30pm–6:30am at the Tulsa facility.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- 12 months prior manufacturing experience required
- NFPA70E certification required
- Must be minimum 18 years old
- Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Advanced reading of blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematic reading
- Ability to safely operate equipment including material movement equipment such as forklifts
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check if offered employment
