Job Summary
Organize and conduct medically prescribed programs to achieve maximum patient potential while practicing within the scope of the State Practice Act and all governing body regulations. Assist in special projects and coordinate activities within patient care programs to promote departmental growth. Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association and be prepared to respond to emergency situations. Requires a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a current or temporary license in the hiring state.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations
Desired Qualifications
- National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
