Job Summary
Leads recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce development initiatives across OIT; develops and manages employee training, mentorship, leadership development, and upskilling programs; creates standardized onboarding guidance and success plans; oversees onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement processes; coordinates LMS programs, workforce development tracking, and training analytics; develops performance management tools, workforce KPIs, and succession planning frameworks; partners with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and support workforce planning; monitors workforce analytics and engagement data to guide decisions and improve processes; supports DEIB and organizational culture initiatives; implements standardized communication dashboards and tracking tools to improve coordination and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, or HR operations.
