Monitor and operate the vessel's main engine, auxiliary engines, generators, and other machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations. Perform routine lubrication, equipment inspections, and preventive maintenance while reporting any abnormalities or technical issues promptly. Support bunkering operations, emergency response activities, and engine room watchkeeping in compliance with safety and environmental standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory of engine room equipment, spare parts, and machinery to ensure operational readiness. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, STCW requirements, and safety regulations while supporting the Chief Engineer and Engineer in maintaining optimal vessel performance.
