Job Summary
Oil, Lube & Filter Services; perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately; check and top off all vehicle fluids; lubricate chassis components; reset maintenance lights and service indicators; conduct Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections on every service; inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, filters, and fluid condition; document findings and communicate recommendations to service advisors; identify upsell opportunities based on vehicle condition; replace air and cabin filters, rotate tires, replace wiper blades and light bulbs, assist with battery testing and replacement; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; follow safety procedures and company standards; work as part of a team to keep workflow moving and assist other technicians as needed; opportunities for growth into Main Line Technician roles and manufacturer training/certifications.
