Job Summary
Install and service Restaurant Technologies’ cooking-oil management equipment at customer sites, perform maintenance and routine servicing, troubleshoot and train customers on system operation, work on-site with potential night installations, adhere to 5S, DOT, OSHA, and HACCP requirements, manage parts and paperwork in company service vehicles, and communicate with customers to ensure performance meets expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties
- Strong customer focus and positive handling of challenging customer situations
- Ability to carry 50 pounds by hand
- Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet
- Ability to travel for night installations or varying schedules
