Job Summary
Conduct safe cargo operations and vessel maintenance for oil chemical tankers, managing FRAMO and steam turbine cargo pump systems. Operate with CPP, DPP, Veg.Oil, and Crude Oil cargoes while maintaining a strong safety culture and leadership mindset in multicultural environments. Hold valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) and STCW certifications, demonstrating fluent English skills and at least 12 months of experience in the same vessel type. Trade in the USA and Australia areas where possible. Join the Columbia Group fleet for a 4-month contract with competitive salary, rejoining bonus, free internet, and wellbeing support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification
- Valid STCW certifications required for the position
- 12 months in Rank with the same type/size of vessel
- Experience in FRAMO and/or Steam Turbines cargo pump system
- Experience with Oil/Chem Cargoes (CPP, DPP, Veg.Oil, Crude Oil)
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Experience in multicultural working environment
- Safety culture and mindset
