Job Summary
Conduct oil changes and fluid/filter replacements, check tire pressure, and perform specialized services like transmission and radiator work. Provide prompt, courteous customer service by explaining services, answering questions, and accepting payments while maintaining a clean work area. Input maintenance data accurately into the computer and comply with safety rules in a garage environment. Rotate through all duties including Upper and Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier roles as assigned by the Manager. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to reach overhead.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must successfully complete the Lube Technician training course
- Must be able to reach four feet in height overhead
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Mobility is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
