Job Summary

Conduct oil changes, check fluids and filters, and monitor tire pressure while maintaining a clean garage environment. Provide specialized services for transmission, differential, and radiator repairs, then note customer and maintenance details into the computer. Deliver prompt, courteous customer service by explaining services, recommending additional work, and accepting payment. Rotate through all Lube Technician duties including Upper and Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier roles as assigned by the Manager. Complete the required Lube Technician training to achieve AOCA certification.
