Job Summary
Conduct oil changes and fluid/filter replacements while checking tire pressure and performing specialized services like transmission and radiator work. Provide prompt, courteous customer service by explaining services, answering questions, accepting payments, and maintaining a clean work area. Rotate through all duties including Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier roles under daily assignments from the Manager. Maintain safety compliance and accurate data entry in the computer. This entry-level role includes full training and offers a benefits package with health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the position, the employee must be able to read and write English
- successfully complete the Lube Technician training course
- The employee must be able to reach four feet in height overhead
- Some bending, stretching, and walking up/down the stairs will be used constantly
- The employee must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Mobility is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
